The Detroit Historical Museum had a great exhibit on the architecture of Detroit as the city was growing in the 20s. (the exhibit was over a year ago.)

the detroityes.com site has the fabulous ruins organized better than just the click through model, the map is good. If anyone was going to make a coffee table book, don't you think it should be them?

Consider that the Book Cadillac made it back, and there used to be pictures of it all over the urban explorer sites.
